Dodge Dodge is an American car brand owned by Italian car manufacturer Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). The brand was founded by the Dodge brothers in 1900 and has been a part of the FCA since 2014. Dodge cars are known for their performance and style, and the brand has a long history of producing iconic models such as the Challenger, Charger and Viper. Dodge also produces a range of trucks, SUVs and minivans.
Fiat Chrysler has recalled 2023-2025 Alfa Romeo Tonale and Dodge Hornet vehicles because the rearview camera images may not appear. More than 48,000 vehicles are affected by the recall which is blamed on the display modules. FCA discovered the problem in Europe and opened an investigation in March 2024.
Dodge’s electric Charger Daytona hasn’t been the immediate sales success the automaker needed, but the car is scheduled to get an innovative new battery system that could change its fortunes.Dodge’s parent company, Stellantis, recently announced a new partnership with Factorial that will bring solid-state batteries to the car as early as 2027.
