Konyaspor is a Turkish football club based in the city of Konya, in the Central Anatolian region of Turkey. The club was founded in 1922 and currently plays in the Turkish Süper Lig, the top division of Turkish football. The team has won the Turkish Cup once and the Turkish Super Cup twice. Konyaspor also won the 2017-18 TFF First League and were promoted to the Süper Lig. The team plays its home matches at the Konya Büyükşehir Stadium, which has a capacity of 42,276. Konyaspor's most famous players include Oğuz Çetin, who made over 200 appearances for the club, and Serkan Balcı, who is the current captain.
