The Lincoln Project Announces New Anti-Trump Ad: The Lincoln Project, a political action committee formed by current and former Republican strategists, has released a powerful new anti-Trump ad. Titled “The Choice,” the ad highlights President Donald Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic and his lack of leadership on other issues. The ad features clips of Trump speaking alongside clips of Joe Biden speaking, with the message being that the United States has a choice in November between a leader who can handle the crisis or one who cannot. The ad is set to run on cable news networks as well as digital platforms. 2. Lincoln Museum to Reopen Next Month: The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois, is set to reopen to the public on September 1st. The museum will be opening with some safety protocols in place, including reduced capacity and mask requirements. The museum has been closed since March due to the pandemic, and the reopening marks the return of the popular Lincoln-focused attractions. 3.
