The Lincoln Project Announces New Anti-Trump Ad: The Lincoln Project, a political action committee formed by current and former Republican strategists, has released a powerful new anti-Trump ad. Titled “The Choice,” the ad highlights President Donald Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic and his lack of leadership on other issues. The ad features clips of Trump speaking alongside clips of Joe Biden speaking, with the message being that the United States has a choice in November between a leader who can handle the crisis or one who cannot. The ad is set to run on cable news networks as well as digital platforms. 2. Lincoln Museum to Reopen Next Month: The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois, is set to reopen to the public on September 1st. The museum will be opening with some safety protocols in place, including reduced capacity and mask requirements. The museum has been closed since March due to the pandemic, and the reopening marks the return of the popular Lincoln-focused attractions. 3. Lincoln has given the Navigator a major refresh for the 2025 model year with updated styling and more tech features. All of that comes at a premium though, since the pricing for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator starts at $101,990, which is more than $15,000 more expensive than last year's model.
Ford Expedition SUVs are under investigation by the government following a February recall of 2018-2020 Ford Expeditions and 2018-2020 Lincoln Navigators. However, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration didn't include the Lincoln Navigators in the investigation, as of now.
Ford is facing two new investigations from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.The NHTSA is investigating previous recalls of the Ford Expedition/Lincoln Navigator and Bronco Sport to determine whether the earlier actions were sufficient to fix the vehicles’ problems.
