Okan Buruk is a Turkish professional football manager and former player who currently manages the Turkish club Fenerbahçe. During his playing career, he played for several clubs in Turkey, including Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, and İstanbulspor. He is the first Turkish manager to win the Süper Lig title with two different clubs. He is also the most successful Turkish manager in Europe, having won the UEFA Cup with Galatasaray in 2000. Buruk's managerial career began in 1989 when he took over at Denizlispor. He has since managed several clubs in Turkey, leading Galatasaray to the Süper Lig title in 1997 and Fenerbahçe to the title in 2014. He has also managed clubs in Germany, Greece, and Qatar.
