The NBA playoffs are a series of professional basketball games played by teams from the National Basketball Association (NBA). The playoffs are a single-elimination tournament, played between the top eight teams in each conference. The playoffs are divided into four rounds, with each round having at least two games. The winner of the playoffs advances to the NBA Finals. During the playoffs, news and articles related to the games are published in newspapers and online. Videos of the games are also available on television and online.
The Indiana Fever have had a revival with the additions of Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston over the last two seasons. Now the franchise, which made the playoffs last season for the first time since 2016, is building a new practice facility that's set to open before the 2027 WNBA season, the Fever announced Thursday. The $78 million performance center will be in downtown Indianapolis and connect to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Fever play, via a skybridge.
