SAG Awards The Screen Actors Guild Awards, more commonly known as the SAG Awards, is an annual awards ceremony that honors outstanding performances in film and television. The awards are voted on by members of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). The awards were first presented in 1995, and have grown to become one of the most prestigious honors in the entertainment industry. The SAG Awards are broadcast annually on TNT and TBS.
