Solana News Solana is a high-performance blockchain platform that is designed to scale to thousands of transactions per second. The platform was created by Solana Labs, a San Francisco-based startup founded in 2017. The platform is based on a novel consensus algorithm called Proof of History that is designed to be both secure and fast.
