Triathlon has taken former marine Mitch Hutchcraft to the top of the world – and not just metaphorically. A Channel swim, cycle to India, run to Nepal and an ascent of Everest, add up to one of the world’s longest continuous endurance challenges. In memory of his father, and with his golden retriever Buddy by his side, it’s been an epic seven-month adventure.
