Baked Sea Bass with Sautéed Mushrooms Serves 4 Ingredients: 4 sea bass fillets 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound mushrooms, sliced 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup white wine Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft, about 3 minutes. 3. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Add the parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. 5. Add the white wine and simmer until the liquid has reduced by half, about 3 minutes. 6. Place the sea bass fillets in a single layer in a baking dish. 7.
