Artichoke Recipes 1. Grilled Artichoke Ingredients: -2 large artichokes -3 tablespoons olive oil -1 teaspoon lemon juice -1 teaspoon garlic powder -Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise and remove the tough outer leaves. 3.
