Artichoke Recipes 1. Grilled Artichoke Ingredients: -2 large artichokes -3 tablespoons olive oil -1 teaspoon lemon juice -1 teaspoon garlic powder -Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise and remove the tough outer leaves. 3. Drizzle the artichokes with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. 4. Place the artichokes on the grill and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the artichokes are tender. 5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy! 2.
